I’m Lizbeth, a DONA-trained postpartum doula serving families in Denver and the surrounding areas. I come alongside you with grounded support, warm, nourishing meals for the whole family, and steady emotional care, so you can recover gently and bond with your newborn.

I offer newborn care, breastfeeding support, referrals to trusted resources, and guidance to help your whole family settle into this new chapter. Book a call with me, and we’ll talk about how I can support you through this new season of life.

The postpartum period was never meant to be experienced alone.

How I can support you during your postpartum:

Rest and recovery. Plenty of moments for you to sleep, bathe, and surrender while I care for the baby.

Nourishing meals. Warm, simple food made to support recovery, energy, and milk supply. I have a culinary degree, so food is a real strength of mine- you’ll receive stews, teas, and brothy foods.

Newborn care guidance. Practical, nurturing help with diapering, bathing, soothing, sleep patterns, and understanding your baby’s cues.

Feeding support. Educated help with breast or bottle feeding. For clinical concerns, I’ll refer you to a lactation consultant or your care provider.

Emotional support. A listening ear for the big feelings, the birth story, and the adjustment to your new self.

Partner, sibling and family support. Helping partners and family members feel confident in how they can best support the mother- including any little ones adjust to a new baby.

Light household help. Tidying the baby’s spaces, laundry, and keeping the home calm.

Resources and referrals. Connections to local lactation consultants, pelvic floor therapists, therapists, and other providers when it is needed.
